What is Pauza.hr?
Web and mobile service Pauza.hr is a fun and easy way to order food online from restaurants and caterers in Zagreb. There are always updated menus, wide selection of dishes, user reviews and recommendations - everything at one place!
How can I place an order?
Pauza.hr is very simple to use, just follow these step-by-step instructions and start ordering!
How do I know the restaurant received my order?
After you Submit your order it will be immediately transmitted to the restaurant.
Shortly after that the restaurant will confirm your order and will send you a notification (on webpage and by e-mail) with estimated delivery time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, each restaurant sets the minimum order amount for each area.
How long does it take for food delivery?
After you Submit your order the restaurant will send you a confirmation of delivery time.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Shortly after you`ve submited your order the restaurant will reply you with a notification form. If you change your mind about your order you can cancel it within 2 minutes by clicking on "Cancel order".
How do I pay for my order?
You will pay in cash to the restaurant deliverer. Also, some of restaurants have an option of payment via mobile banking card readers (also upon delivery, to the restaurant deliverer).
Can I order food from several restaurants at the same time?
Yes! You can order food from one, two or several restaurants at the same time (of course if they deliver to your address). Simply add the food from as many restaurants as you like to your shopping cart. Your order will be instantly transmitted to all of the restaurants.
Is it possible to order from 2 different addresses?
Yes! With your account you can order from one, two or more addresses (e.g. from home, from working place..).
How can I rate and review restaurants?
Rate and review a restaurant is very simple. After you choose the restaurant you wish to review just click on Add your review link (by clicking on User reviews you will see all reviews). It will open a form where you can type your review and rate the restaurant. The ratings are from 1 to 6 stars, with 6 being the best.
Your review cannot contain offensive or inappropriate language. All comments are also reviewed by our administrators. Comments with indecent language will either be removed or edited at our discretion.
- You have to be a registered user and must be logged in to leave reviews,
- You can review just the restaurant from which you've ordered the food, not later than 3 days from your latest order.
- It can be commented only food and service of delivered food.
How can I change my contact information or password?
After log in you can update your contact information, delivery address or password at your account settings.
